Credit Card Information: If you use a credit card to purchase products via this Site, your name as it appears on the credit card, the credit card number, expiration date and billing address will be encrypted as it passes over the Internet. Email: With your permission, ThemesTulip will send you communications, including informative emails/newsletters about product upgrades, product updates, new products, and services. These communications provide you with special offers that may be of interest to you. ThemesTulip uses a third-party program of outbound email technology to send email from our servers and does not collect information about you but does collect requests to unsubscribe.

Site Functionality

All information gathered on the Site is stored and maintained in secure facilities. In addition, internal security provides that this information is coded with restricted access, and our servers are kept in a secure, locked environment that limits access to authorized personnel only.

Supports Method

We recommend to use email and chat for any pre-sales related questions. We provide theme related support via email and support forum. We don’t offer any support via Facebook, Twitter,other communication channels. Please check the theme documentation before submitting any support requests.

Supports Hours: Our official support hours are Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 10PM (GMT+5.5) We usually respond to all support requests within 12 hours on weekdays. Depending on the workload and complexity of issue it can take up to 24-48 hours. Our support is very fast and user friendly.

What Our Support Doesn’t Cover
The support is not for creating significant customizations, theme modifications or making further options in the theme. We can’t give general WordPress support, please use WordPress.org forums for that. We don’t provide any support for third-party product/plugins you might choose to use with our themes. You should contact the plugin author if you’re having an issue with a third-party plugin. Also we are unable to provide any support related your hosting server diagnostics, maintenance or any other server related service.
Customizations

We do offer paid customization services for our theme collection.

As you can see, theme customization has to do with preference, rather than actual theme issues. It requires customizing the theme beyond the scope of the theme’s intended style or functionality. These kinds of requests cannot be fulfilled in the support forums unfortunately.
